CISCO CCNA Level Training Melbourne
Cisco Certified Networking Associate (CCNA) is the qualification for anybody wanting to enter the computer network industry, wanting to make initial progress within the field or needing a thorough knowledge of network technologies. There are no entry requirements to the CCNA course. CCNA comprises of four separate stages.
The course is instructor led, and delivered at a pace which assumes no previous experience. Cisco developed multimedia course material is available online to all registered students. The online material supplements practical exercises, instructor delivered content and prepares students for the regular online tests. Each stage when successfully completed results in a qualification, and a Cisco Networking Academy Certificate. On a successful completeion of the four stages students will be ready to attempt the Sylvan Prometric test to achieve the CCNA qualification. The Sylvan test is an external exam, and attracts a separate fee.
The four Cisco stages refer to the content of the course. Cisco regulations state that the CCNA may not be completed in less than 6 months and should be completed within two years.

Router configuration, routed and routing protocols
Introduction to LAN switching.
Stage 3
Advanced router configuration.
LAN switching, network management, use of access lists for firewall configuration, WAN technologies.
Project case study.
Stage 4
Advanced network design.
Advanced network management.
WAN protocols and configuration.
